Campaign Chair MessageA Message from the Campaign Chair and Vice Chair
We are pleased to announce that the Spirit of Shenandoah Campaign has been completed on time and has exceeded its goal. As of June 30, 2009, $65, 126,428 was received in gifts and pledges. We extend our heartfelt thanks for all who participated in the campaign’s success. Your support has help Shenandoah University become an exceptional institution.
The generous support of more than 7800 alumni, parents, friends and business has been instrumental in achieving key goals of this campaign - giving our business school a new home, building an all-important student center, adding a new communications center and, a end-zone building Growing our endowment and providing valuable operating support to strengthen our programs and aid in providing quality education to our students were so generously rewarded through this campaign.
This campaign has been a win-win opportunity for our community — reaping the benefits of a first-rate institution of higher education in its midst. Most importantly, The Spirit of Shenandoah allows us to serve young people of promise who, armed with exceptional values and skills, will change the world for the better. Thank you again for giving generously to The Spirit of Shenandoah.
