A new day is here for Shenandoah business students, who will benefit from a higher-than-ever level of instructional excellence. This new day includes a new, 40,000-square-foot signature building for the Harry F. Byrd, Jr. School of Business. Construction is underway for a facility that will allow us to double our enrollment and literally transform the way we prepare business students for positions of leadership in today’s business world.
People who graduate from Shenandoah’s Harry F. Byrd, Jr. School of Business are highly sought after by employers. Why? Because we cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit in each student. We focus on ethical decision-making, teamwork and astute communication skills in addition to business knowledge in general. Because of the new facility, our programs will grow. Business symposia will be held in the beautiful 300-plus seat auditorium. An executive business center and multimedia classrooms will offer real-world, hands-on experiences, and area entrepreneurs and established leaders of business and industry will spend more time sharing their personal experiences with our students.
Located at the corner of Pleasant Valley Road and Millwood Avenue in Winchester, the new business building will become the magnificent cornerstone of our campus.
