Sherlyn Shaughnessy“I have had so many good things happen in my life because of Shenandoah University,” reflects Sherlyn Shaughnessy ’74, ’82, ’92, winner of the 2004 Outstanding Alumni Award. Sherlyn is a psychiatric nurse and clinical instructor in SU’s Division of Nursing & Respiratory Care. “My career has been so full and rewarding because of the outstanding foundation I received at Shenandoah. I can’t imagine not giving back when I have received so much. I make it a priority.”
